Website reworking

I’m coming up with new ideas on how to use this webspace more efficiently. I hope to be exploring some new Wordpress themes over the next few days in hopes of finding something that might fit my needs. Between Flickr, Twitter, and Google Reader it will be much easier for me to update in the go, so I hope to make them a more centralized part of the site, rather than focus on my blog entries (which aren’t updated nearly enough). Hopefully more to come.

Radiohead - In Rainbows

The new Radiohead album is out and available on the Music Box to listen and retain. I haven’t given it a shot yet but plan on playing it all too loud on the way home from work. This album is also available through Radiohead.com on a “pay what you want” plan. I can’t actually find exactly where to do this, but it’s somewhere.

Send me an email if you want a login for the Music Box, it helps if you let me know what you want your login and password to be.

Fish Tank

My fish tank has been neglected ever since I got Kali. For the past week or so, I noticed my clown loach looking sick. It was thin, and discolored, but for some reason I didn’t do much to try and help her. Instead I just played with Kali and neglected the tank. Today I saw the fish and it looked a bit better. I changed the water this evening and within minutes of having fresh water poured in, it started dancing in the water again. I will turn up the heat and see if I can help it thrive.

I just found a Wordpress plugin that I can use to add tags to my posts (linking to Technorati). SimpleTags allows you to add tags to posts and this is my first test to see how it looks in comparison to the tagger built into Flock.

I’ve been doing some reading on the usage of tags and categories within Wordpress. Here is an interesting article I came across. I have my ideas as to the proper usage of tags, and am doing my best to keep my categories organized and interesting in order to make browsing ohrinet easy.
