It has been quite some time since my last update. For the past few months I have been working hard to get my life in order, trying to finish up school, plan my next big step, and continue working hard at my part-time job. It has been hard work, and I have been lacking on my updates because of it. Anyway, for those who do not know, I have planned on thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail (northbound) after graduation. The decision was made in December, and it has come to light more and more over the past few months. Now with just over one month before departure, it is becoming a reality.
I have updated the picture with a nice shot I took (pardon the ego) when I was on Spring Break in San Diego. Quite a nice vacation.
Just recently I was sent an email with a link to an advertisment from Chevrolet. Apparently they are holding a “create your own” commercial online, but as it turns out, someone had a good idea. Chevy doesn’t seem to have the resources to regulate their contest, as this ad has been up on their website for a few days still. Here is the ad - Chevy Apprentice.
